About the Artist

My photo
My main genres of artwork is anime, cartoon, fantasy, an occassional tattoo design here and there, and furry. I usually keep my stuff between G and PG-13 rated material so do keep in mind you may see a tasteful nude piece or a little bit of blood spill somewhere in my artwork. I hope you enjoy viewing my work!

Comics, old & new

This post is all about comics I've done in the past, and some of these go as far as my early years in high school, like, when I was in the 8th grade :P So pardon me if the artwork is not that great of quality.
This comic, though very old it maybe, is true to the point that alot of people, when they first meet my main character, Chao, think she's a guy, when in fact, it's a woman!!!! I designed her based off of my own dress habits & personality and I wanted to give her the androgynous look. She's by no means a girlie girl, and does not enjoy showing her womanliness, and if anything, tries to hide it most of the time under her tomboyish mannerisms & appearance. Here, we see a rather attractive & flirty fox girl coming face to face with Chao, and quickly finding out that the handsome 'gentleman' ordering the bloodmary is not what they appear to be :P

This slightly more recent comic was done while I was having a bad day during 'Aunt Irmas' visit one time ;P Ladies, I think we've all been there, haven't we? Lol!
This comic dates back around January 2006 when I had just gotten out of relationship with someone and one of my dear friends in drama class, Josh, could tell I was having a less-than-sunny day. He was kinda & comforting... in his own unique ways, but he did make me smile and cheer up, which made me produce this comic. Thanks Josh, for being your quirky & always charming self ;)
This was a comic prject that never got off the ground. It was going to be a 'song' comic where the characters, instead of using written up dialougue, were going to 'sing' their thoughts & feelings. The song that was going to be used for Seraphim's voice was the song called Beautiful Love by The Afters while Chao's part was going to be You've Alreay Won Me Over by Alanis Morsette. =/ Sadly, it just never happened.
The hilarious thing about this comic is that this is based off my own childhood and my mom has my 1994 Kindergarten VHS tape to prove it :P Even when I was very little, my parents could tell I was going to be an odd-ball of a child, who instead drew things the teacher asked for, the young student rebelled and drew whatever she darn well felt like, cause that's art, freedom of expression, right?....
Or it was just because I was 5 years old and I wanted to draw a mouse, darn it.
